Outstream Ads

An outstream video ad is a video ad without content following it. Only the ad is displayed to the viewer. 

Outstream video ads are a fantastic way to boost your ad revenues, especially on pages without dedicated video content.

The outstream ad player is muted and pauses when it scrolls out of view.

Playing outstream ad is possible if you have a pre-roll Vroll ad or Vast ad defined and you enable the outstream parameter inside the Nuevo shortcode. Do not define any media source!

The outstream ad player begins playing muted. Once the video ad ends, you can either visit the advertiser’s website, or watch the video again.

If you scroll the page and the ad player is no longer visible, the video ad will pause. When you scroll the page back and the player is visible again, the video will resume playback.

The outsream ad features a cancel button displayed in the top-left corner of the player. The button cancels the ad and removes the ad player from the document. By default the cancel button will appear from the start of the video ad. You can also order to display it later when the video is finished. You can disable the cancel button completely.
